Welcome to the Kerrville Christian Homeschoolers online registration application!

Membership in Kerrville Christian Homeschoolers (KCH) requires an annual fee of $42.  The membership year is from July 1 to June 30, and FEES ARE NOT PRORATED.  $42 must be paid before approving membership and website access.

Membership in KCH allows you and your family to:

  • Access the KCH website
  • View detailed KCH calendar information
  • View detailed KCH co-op class information
  • Attend KCH Field Trips
  • Access communications amongst this community of homeschool families
  • Participate in KCH co-op class (additional fees required)

The membership dues allow us to maintain the website, cover our liability insurance, administrative costs, and contribute to covering the cost of a few of our KCH family activities throughout the year.

KCH is a co-op driven organization and offers a good variety of classes for all age groups.  If you choose to participate in co-op classes, a separate $50 registration fee per semester is required in addition to the $42 membership dues.  This additional fee goes toward the rent of the church facility where classes are held, cleaning supplies, and office supplies.  Some classes will also have their own fees determined by the teachers.  Also, a background check is required for any adult regularly attending co-op.  Background checks are good for 2 years and are $24.

After submitting your request for membership, the following page will provide you with a link for payment. 

Once payment is received, a group administrator will send you an email notification of when you can log into the website.

All current memberships, both Active and Affiliate, will be reset to renew on July 1st. All unpaid accounts will be deactivated as of September 1st and will be unlocked when membership dues are paid for the current year. Payments not received by mid-September will be deleted.
