Welcome to the Kerrville Christian Homeschoolers online registration application!
KCH is a co-op driven organization that requires annual dues of $42 before approving website access and membership.
Dues go towards maintaining our website, our liability insurance, administrative costs, and they cover the cost of a few KCH activities for your family throughout the year. Dues also provide you with access to KCH field trips and access to communications amongst this community of homeschooling families. You will, also, be given access to view detailed co-op class information during the fall and spring, for which there is a separate co-op class registration fee per semester of $40.
In addition to the $42 KCH yearly registration fee, and the $40 KCH Co-Op Per Semester Registration fee (if you are participating in co-op) there is a $12 background check fee. Background checks are good for 2 consecutive years.
After submitting your request for membership, the following page will provide you with a link for payment.
The membership year is from July 1 to June 30, and fees are not prorated.
Once payment is received, a group administrator will send you an email notification of when you can log into the website.

All current memberships, both Active and Affiliate, will be reset to renew on July 1st. All unpaid accounts will be "parked" as of September 1st and will be unlocked when membership dues are paid for the current year. Payments not received by mid-September will be deleted.
